STRUCTURAL WORK

We offer our clients a service to include initial concept of design, structural surveys, outline design for planning and building control applications, detailed design and construction management. We have significant experience in the design of bridges, under passes, RCBC, RCPC, Retaining Walls, structures, reinforced concrete, water drainage system and general infrastructure.

Our Structural Engineers are trained to understand, design, predict, and calculate the stability, strength and rigidity of built structures. We follow stringent international norms to offer best quality of services at the most reasonable price.

Al-Mardoof team is specialized for pilling, formwork, fabrication, steel fixing, concreting, prestressing, and launching girders etc. we have an impressive set of heavy equipment for handling huge structural work with 100% success. Our broad spectrum of services is as follows:

1- Bridges & Under Passes

Bridges & under passes (structure) designed to provide continuous passage over an obstacle. Bridges commonly carry highways, railroad lines, and pathways over obstacles such as waterways, deep valleys, and other transportation routes. Mardoof Civil Structural Construction Works includes erection of form-work, steelwork, concreting.

2- Culverts – RCBC & RCPC

A culvert is a structure that allows water to flow under a road, railroad, trail, or similar obstruction from one side to the other side. Typically embedded so as to be surrounded by soil, a culvert may be made from a pipe, reinforced concrete or other material. Al-Mardoof design, strength and rigidity of built structure is excellent and in accordance with International Standards.

3- Retaining Walls

A retaining wall is a structure designed and constructed to resist the lateral pressure of soil when there is a desired change in ground elevation that exceeds the angle of repose of the soil. Mardoof quality of work for retaining wall is excellent based on our skilled labor & big fleet of equipment.

4- Drainage Works

Mardoof is also known for quality and dependability in drainage solution system to meet a wide variety of drainage challenges in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5- Reinforced concrete

The steel bars are typically made from twisted strands with nobbles or ridges on them that anchor them firmly inside the concrete without any risk of slipping around inside it. Theoretically, we could use all kinds of materials to reinforce concrete. Generally, we use steel because it expands and contracts in the heat and cold roughly as much as concrete itself, which means it won't crack the concrete that surrounds it as another material might if it expanded more or less
